General
The placement of any order implies that the customer accepts stated terms and conditions.
The MajesticViews sites are produced in good faith but we cannot guarantee that all products are in stock and available at all times. we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of products and services from time to time. We will endeavour to keep our sites up to date as far as practical.
Pick Your Own
Photos for Pick Your Own items should be sent , at senders risk, to us with a printed copy of the order form and only photos that are your own &/or hold the copyright to can be accepted.
You are advised to send a good quality copy and keep your original as MajesticViews cannot be held responsible if lost in transit. When received and until return with your order we can only accept responsibility for the material value of your photo media.
Unlicensed copyrighted material from photographs, trademarks, logos. artistic work or any original work cannot be reproduced. We reserve the right to refuse any order that has or appears to have any copyrighted material or any offensive or otherwise deemed inappropriate material.
Orders
All items are subject to a delivery time of up to 14 days. We will acknowledge all orders and give an anticipated delivery date. If an order has not been received within thia period the customer should inform us. We will also inform the customer of date of dispatch.
It will be assumed that an order has been confirmed as arrived and is in a satisfactory condition if we have not heard otherwise within 14 days of date of dispatch.
If for any reason any item arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect we must be informed immediately and will send a replacement or refund as required by the customer upon item being returned to us.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused due to mistreatment by the customer in self assembly or any other action.
Post & Packaging-
For orders sent within the United Kingdom. - Free
Surcharge of £2 for orders sent within rest of European Union.
Surcharge of £3 for orders sent outside European Union.
Any return postage & packaging at customers cost.
